ROBERT
P. ZIMMERMAN is
a partner and founder of Zimmerman/Edelson Inc. A resident of Long
Island, New York since childhood, Mr. Zimmerman has compiled an
extensive background in government and community service. In February,
1995 he was appointed by President Clinton to serve on the John
F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts Presidential Commission
on the Arts and held that position through June 2001. In the past,
he served as deputy executive assistant to Congressman Lester L.
Wolff and as special assistant to Mel Miller, Speaker of the New
York State Assembly, for Long Island Community Affairs.
He was also an appointee to
the Long Island Economic Development Council and served on the
New York State Commission on Open Government. In his private and
public sector activities, Mr. Zimmerman has championed issues relating
to environmental protection, the preservation of the Long Island
Sound, senior citizens, Vietnam veterans and education. His work
with numerous organizations includes past service as a board member
of the Nassau County Coalition Against Domestic Violence, the Nassau
County Auxiliary Police and the Long Island Association for Commerce
and Industry, Small Business Council. He served as president of
the American Jewish Congress, Long Island region, where he developed
educational programs to combat crimes and incidents of bias and
prejudice. He is often on national and New York media discussing
a wide range of current event topics.

RON EDELSON is
a partner and founder of Zimmerman Edelson, Inc. He has been involved
in marketing, promotion and public relations for over 25 years.
His diverse background includes work with manufacturers, financial
industry clients, municipalities, not-for-profit organizations,
and multinational corporations. Mr. Edelson is listed in "International
Who's Who of Entrepreneurs," has been honored by chambers
of commerce and local and state urban development organizations,
and is frequently called on by state and national trade associations
and organizations to speak on marketing, public relations and
advertising.
In addition to his role as partner at Zimmerman/Edelson, Inc., Mr. Edelson
is the executive director of the Great Neck Plaza Management Council (BID).
The Great Neck Plaza BID promotes business development for both the retail
and commercial sectors of the village's economy. Mr. Edelson has served as
senior vice president of marketing at Global Motors, Inc., an importer and
marketer of foreign automobiles, and was senior vice president of MGA, a boutique
advertising and marketing agency on Long Island.
